Overview

Generally attorneys and court cost vendors may submit one bill per case per month.

  • Attorneys may bill one interim bill per assignment number (NAC) per calendar month.

Please note, that the policy of extending a billing cycle to the next business day when the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday does not change the monthly billing policy of one interim bill per assignment number (NAC) per calendar month.

  • Attorneys may submit one 'Other' (out-of-pocket expense voucher) per Type, per NAC, per Calendar Month, irrespective of when the expense was incurred. Please refer to this article regarding expense vouchers.

  • Court Cost vendors (experts, investigators, social services experts, interpreters, etc) may submit one bill per case per Calendar Month, irrespective of when the service was provided. Please plan your billing accordingly.

All work performed to date should be entered when billing
