Vbill - What documents are required

Overview

Depending on the type of service, the documents required to be included with your Vbill may vary.

For all experts and investigators there is a minimum of:

• Signed Vbill (original ink signature)
• Contemporaneous time records
• Allowed motion(s) for funds, all pages

If expenses are claimed then receipts or proof of payment is required.

If a higher rate has been approved for this specific case, then the billing packet should contain the email approving the rate. 

For the vendor's convenience, each Vbill contains a list of required documents near the signature line.
