I'm locked out of Ebill/VBill

Ebill/Vbill users have the ability to unlock themselves or request a temporary password if needed.

If you are locked out or have forgotten your password, click on the link that says "Forgot your password?". This link is located on the login page beneath the 'Login' button.

A temporary password will be sent to you. After you receive your temporary password, you can login again. Your login ID is your email address.

Both Ebill/Vbill will require you to change your password after successfully logging in with the temporary password.

When you are asked for your old password, use the temporary password that you just received.

You will then be asked for a new password; this will be a password of your choice and will be your new password for future logins.
