Motion for Funds Lists 2 Amounts

Overview

Occasionally a motion for funds will request two or more differing and conflicting amounts.

When this occurs, CPCS will use the lesser amount to ensure that we do not exceed the court's intent. If the vendor/expert or attorney provides the docket entry indicating that the higher amount was allowed, then we will modify in our system to the higher amount.
