Ebill Vouchers under $50

Ebill Vouchers under $50 are paperless and don’t need to be mailed in unless the paperwork is requested.  A report is run at the beginning of each month to pay these vouchers. 

If the total dollar amount of the vouchers submitted by an attorney exceeds $50, then the vouchers are paid. (Note: this is to reduce small payments transmitted for disbursement).

After the end of the fiscal year (normally late August), a report is run to pay any remaining vouchers < $50 that weren’t paid during the fiscal year.
