What Does Duplicate Date in Vbill Mean?

When attempting to submit a Vbill you receive an error similar to the one below:

You may only bill each date once for each case. It is expected that when you create and submit a bill, ALL work completed to date is entered and billed.

Once a date had been billed, that date may not be used on subsequent billing. The example error above shows the date(s) that were previously billed as well as the Vbill it was billed on.
