What Does Duplicate Date in Vbill Mean?

When attempting to submit a Vbill, you receive an error similar to the one below:

You may only bill each date once for each case. When you create and submit a bill, it is expected that ALL work completed to date is entered and billed.

Once a date has been billed, that date may not be used on subsequent billing. The example error above shows the date(s) previously billed and the Vbill it was billed on.
