It is critical that attorneys and vendors keep their address up to date. Electronic payments that fail for a variety of reasons (e.g. closed bank accounts or intercepts) revert to a mailed check. Bad addresses can cause this payment to be delayed by weeks or more.
- Send an email to vendorinfo@publiccounsel.net requesting a change of address form (W9)
- What you will need to complete:
- W9 DocuSign form (sent out once requested)
- In addition, we ask that you email a letter stating that you authorize CPCS to update your address. And name of the person ,old and new address listed to be sent to their file.
