How do I become an expert vendor?

To begin the process of becoming a CPCS vendor, we kindly request you go to our CPCS Vendor Portal website,, to initiate and submit your application. As you progress through your application and establish a CPCS account, you will receive notifications as your application is reviewed.  

Once your application has been reviewed by CPCS, you will receive an email from the Massachusetts Office of the Comptroller via DocuSign with the subject: · Please DocuSign: Copy of Combined W-9/EFT This DocuSign process is separate from, but required, to be a vendor of CPCS and the Commonwealth.

Lastly, you can view the status of your application with CPCS and communicate any inquiries you may have within the CPCS Vendor Portal itself.
